This image shows Mars Pathfinder's upper magnetic target with mineral color patches in front of it. The target is located on top of the lander electronics box and was observed through the 480 nm IMP filter. The image was compressed by a factor of 8 before downlink. There is no magnetic dust seen on any of the targets.
